Katrina Addison, BA/AA is the Administrator and HR manager at for Care Cafe, where she supports daily operations, welcomes new staff, manages activities and nutrition, and contributes innovative ideas to strengthen the organization. She brings extensive management experience from leading local community organizations, often balancing multiple responsibilities. Katrina holds an AA in Psychology and a BA in Sociology and is now a member of the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. She has dedicated her career to serving diverse populations, including veterans, youth in crisis, and underserved communities. She is detail-oriented, imaginative, and an effective communicator, all qualities that contribute to the Care Cafe’s continued growth.
She is also actively involved in several organizations, including her own, the Saint Louis Slammers, looking to make the world a better place. Additionally, Katrina and her husband focus on family life and community service through volunteerism. She is the proud mother of two daughters—one a Marine Biologist and the other a Division II NCAA basketball student-athlete studying Kinesiology. Katrina has a deep love for animals and art, which fuels her passion for painting and travel. Her guiding philosophy: Never let a dark past ruin your bright future.
