Jessi Lerner, DNP. MSN, RN will serve as the Care Cafe’s Director of Nursing. She is a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse, known for building strong therapeutic relationships, while maintaining professional excellence. She supports patients/clients through complex emotional and psychological challenges. She is also committed to continuity of care that promotes safety, dignity and positive patient outcomes.

With 13 years of direct patient care experience and 3 in management, Jessi is a great leader and team player all balled in one….excelling in collaboration. Her experience comes from various positions from home care to hospice, and work with seniors and children to psychiatrics.

When asked about working with participants at Care Cafe, Jessi proclaimed it the best job a nurse could have! Set up meds and then play bingo. Fortunately everyone gets to benefit from Jessi’s other skills as an esthetician, dynamite candy chef, the list is endless. While not working, she enjoys time with family and friends, especially being active. Nurse Jessi looks forward to supporting everyone to have a wonderful, wonderful day!
