Ashley Stockman, MSW, the Executive Director of Care Cafe, is a respected St. Louis leader in aging and human services with nearly 20 years of experience creating high-quality, person-centered programs that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Social Work, and has spent more than a decade leading growth, innovation, and operational excellence in Adult Day Services.

Ashley is recognized for building exceptional teams, developing inclusive programming, and creating environments where older adults and individuals with support needs can thrive with dignity, purpose, and connection. She has also been a strong advocate for the broader senior care community, serving for more than eight years in various leadership roles on the Missouri Adult Day Services Board and contributing to regional initiatives focused on aging services, collaboration, and caregiver support.

As Executive Director of Care Cafe, Adult Day Center, Ashley brings her vision for a warm and engaging daytime community where older adults can enjoy enriching experiences; and families gain peace of mind.

Outside of work, Ashley and her partner Kristen recently built a home in New Town St. Charles and enjoy spending time outdoors and on the water with their two sons, Corbin (4) and Cameron (2), along with their two huskies, Luna and Raven.
