Michelle Chaitman is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing  from the University of Missouri. She has more than 20 years of diverse clinical experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple healthcare settings. She has cared for patients of all ages in a variety of specialties that include skilled nursing as a charge nurse and admissions coordinator, as well as critical care,  labor and delivery, post-anesthesia care (PACU), and home health.  Michelle joined Certified Care Managers in 2025 and has greatly enjoyed working in a home health care setting. She is so excited to be joining the team of professionals at Care Cafe, where she brings a strong passion for caring for people and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Her broad clinical background allows her to provide individualized, holistic care across all stages of life. Michelle is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth, continually expanding her knowledge to provide the highest standard of care. She considers it a privilege to care for others and finds great fulfillment in supporting patients and families during important moments in their lives. Outside of nursing, Michelle is a proud mom of three sons and a 5-lb Yorkshire Terrier. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and staying active through fitness and boxing. One of her greatest joys is watching her sons play hockey.
